Statement pursuant to data protection laws.

In observance of prescriptions for the purpose and effects of articles 13 and 14 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions resulting from Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018, in line with European Regulation 2016/679 [GDPR], the company GP Parking 2 S.r.l, in its capacity of data controller, in the person of its legal representative, with this statement declares the purposes and methods of its processing of collected personal data and the scope of communication, dissemination and nature and conferment of said data, specifically as follows.

1. Source of the client’s personal data

Common personal data relating to the client’s person, undergoing processing, in the possession of the controller or which will be requested at a later date or notified by third parties, derive from operations processing data which the client has provided when he or she registered for the GP Parking 2 S.r.l. service.

2. Purposes of the processing of personal data

The provided data will be processed solely for the purpose of maintaining the booking in order to use the vehicle car park during the period indicated by the client and to use the connected services requested by the client.

3. Personal data processing methods

The personal data are processed using automated instruments and/or paper-based supports by subjects appointed specifically to do so, and, specifically, processing is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Law and art.4 n. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, alteration, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, erasure or destruction of data. Your personal data will undergo paper-based, electronic and/or automated processing.

4. Obligatory or optional nature of the conferment of data

Some data is essential in order to fulfil legal or regulatory obligations in general, and to allow conclusion of the contract and its correct execution and best management. Therefore, failure to grant such data shall make it impossible to conclude and execute the contractual relationship.

5. Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated

Where necessary and depending on existing relationships, personal data may be communicated to third parties, in their capacity of independent data controllers, who perform activities which are instrumental to management of the contractual relationship.

6. Dissemination of data

The data will be kept at headquarters and will be communicated exclusively to subjects appointed to carry out the services necessary for a correct management of the entire relationship between the parties. The data may also be communicated to external subjects selected for purposes pursuant to art. 2.A) to Bodies of, judicial Authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, and to individuals to whom communication is obligatory by law in order to carry out said purposes.

7. Rights of the subjects concerned

The subjects concerned may enforce their rights as expressed by articles 15 to 22 of Legislative Decree no. 195 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions resulting from Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018, in line with European Regulation 2016/679 [GDPR], by contacting the data controller.

8. Usage and tracking via cookies

Our site uses cookies for managing session information and user login, saving personal settings and providing anonymous statistics on use of the site in order to offer a better user experience, The anonymous statistics collected via this instrument shall be processed according to the provisions described above and respecting the “identification of simplified procedures for the statement and acquisition of consent for use of cookies” measure of 8 May 2014.

9. Controllers and persons responsible for the processing of personal data

10. Storage timescales 

In observance of that provided by art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679 collected personal data will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. If we process the Data for several purposes, they will be erased or saved in a format which does not allow any direct conclusion regarding your identity, as soon as the last specific purpose is fulfilled.
